Basic Job Duties:
- Open Office—ready to see patients at 7:15 a.m.
- Greet and assist new and existing patients
- Primary on phones
- Assist Chiropractor as needed
- Monitor and assist office flow
- Assist Chiropractor with Report of Findings
- Monitor patient appointments; reschedule as needed
- Confirm appointments via Text/Email/Phone
- Follow-up on missed appointments
- Prepare New Patient and Report folders
- Assist Office Manager and Technician as needed
- Handle financial arrangements and daily collections
- Verify and enter insurance information for Superbills
- Balance end of day totals
- Take Inventory daily
- Setup and stay for weekly Workshop
- Basic office upkeep—straighten rooms, empty trash, etc
- Close office—last patient at 5:30, leaving most nights by 6 p.m. (6:30-7 on Workshop nights)
Office Skills Needed:
- Basic math principles, spelling, typing, alphabetizing
- Proficient in Social Media
- Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint
- Marketing and Billing experience helpful
Must be Willing to Master:

- Practice management software
- Chiropractic terminology and philosophy
- Supplement advisability and dosage
- Duties and procedures as needed
Working Hours:
- 3 ½ to 4 days per week, 6:50 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Typically one hour or longer lunch break, depending on schedule
- Occasional outside events on Saturdays
- Occasional need to provide vacation coverage at our Lake Oconee office
